GFLY PATHWAYS

GFLY Pathways is a youth employment and life-skills program designed to support young people ages 15–17 who are involved in or connected to the criminal justice system across Peel and the GTA.

Through a combination of interactive workshops, individualized support and paid employment placements, participants build the practical skills, confidence and experience needed to move toward positive employment and life opportunities.

Over the course of the program, youth develop skills in resume and cover letter writing, interview preparation, workplace communication, conflict resolution, financial literacy, mental wellness, healthy living, time management and goal setting. Participants then have the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned through supported paid work placements with local employers.

GFLY Pathways is focused on meeting youth where they are, recognizing their strengths and helping them build a realistic pathway forward.

Build skills. Gain experience. Create your next step.

GFLY Pathways is funded by the Youth Justice Fund (YJF).

Heal and Rise Program.

Our signature Heal and Rise Program initiative is designed to provide integrated support to adults with mental health or developmental needs and to empower underprivileged youth through creativity, mentorship, and trauma-informed life skills development. The program operates year-round across multiple Ontario regions including Brantford, Durham, Hamilton, and Niagara.
