Ongoing guidance for young Black men and other underserved groups, fostering resilience and opportunity.
Heal and Rise Program.
Our signature Heal and Rise Program initiative is designed to provide integrated support to adults with mental health or developmental needs and to empower underprivileged youth through creativity, mentorship, and trauma-informed life skills development. The program operates year-round across multiple Ontario regions including Brantford, Durham, Hamilton, and Niagara.

To provide safe, stable, and supportive housing for adults living with developmental disabilities or mental health diagnoses.
To equip youth with the tools, mentorship, and training needed to overcome trauma, achieve independence, and unlock their full potential.
To break cycles of poverty, exclusion, and institutionalization through community-driven, trauma-informed supports.

The program is supported by a multidisciplinary team including PSWs, CYWs, RSWs, Cultural Mentors, and Behavior Specialists. We actively partner with local CAS branches, school boards, mental health clinics, employment centres, and community service agencies.
